     Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date.

  • In order to return an order, you must contact us first
  • Apparel and accessories may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of original ship date
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging; including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, and gift boxes when applicable
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged

REFUNDS

     All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.  You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.  You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

     Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
